How bcapi.ai collects, uses and protects information about its visitors.

AnsariCo, Inc. dba OnlyCopilotFans ("we," "our," or "us") operates bcapi.ai (the "Site"), the website of the BC API Catalog, a free, open-source Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension by AJ Ansari. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

bcapi.ai is a static website. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no comments and no newsletter. It links out to the extension's source code and downloads, which are hosted on GitHub.

Information we collect

Information you provide

None. The Site does not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal data. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.

Information collected automatically

If you allow analytics cookies, the Site may collect anonymous usage data through an analytics service, such as:

• Browser type and version, operating system and screen size
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region)
• Pages visited, links clicked, time spent on the Site and the referring site
• Date and time of your visit

Preferences stored in your browser

The Site remembers your theme choice (day or night) and your cookie choices in your own browser. This information never leaves your device.

Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of third-party services, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

• GitHub Pages hosts the Site. GitHub may log IP addresses of visitors for security purposes. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
• Google Fonts serves the Archivo typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google when the page loads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• jsDelivr serves the cookie consent library. See the jsDelivr Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics, if enabled, provides anonymous usage statistics and only runs when you allow analytics cookies.

The Site also links to other websites, including GitHub, Microsoft, OnlyBCFans, OnlyCopilotFans and the individual product sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Tools, downloads and GitHub projects

This policy also covers the free tools, downloads and open-source projects that AnsariCo, Inc. dba OnlyCopilotFans publishes and links from this Site, including on GitHub (for example, the OnlyCopilotFans BC Agentic Dev Framework, the BC API Catalog, the AL Development Standards, the AL Patterns Library and the BC Copilot Blueprint). These projects do not collect, store or send us any personal data, and they contain no telemetry or analytics.

When you use them inside third-party software, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Microsoft's AL development tools, that software's provider handles your data under its own privacy policy, not this one. Our projects may download public files from GitHub, which GitHub handles under its own privacy statement. Anything you post in a project's public GitHub repository, such as an issue, comment or pull request, is public and governed by GitHub's terms.

Hosted web apps linked from this Site, such as the BC Object Registry, have their own privacy policies published on their own sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
