Please read these terms before using bcapi.ai and the extension it documents.

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using bcapi.ai (the "Site"), operated by AnsariCo, Inc. dba OnlyCopilotFans ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site.

What the Site provides

The Site is the home page and documentation of the BC API Catalog, a free, open-source Business Central extension created by AJ Ansari and published under the OnlyCopilotFans and OnlyBCFans names. It describes the extension and links to where it lives. The extension itself is hosted on GitHub and is governed by its own license and terms, as described below.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, design and functionality are owned by AnsariCo, Inc., its licensors or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The bcapi.ai, bcdev.ai, bcbuilder.ai, bcapi.ai, bcregistry.ai, bcskills.ai and bcmcp.ai names and the OnlyCopilotFans and OnlyBCFans names and logos are ours. Microsoft, Dynamics 365 and Business Central are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; the Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Tools, downloads and GitHub projects

These Terms also apply to the free tools, downloads and open-source projects linked from the Site. Where a project includes its own license, that license governs your right to use, copy, modify and distribute that project and takes precedence over these Terms if the two conflict. At the time of writing:

• MIT License: the BC API Catalog, the AL Development Standards, the AL Patterns Library and the BC Copilot Blueprint
• PolyForm Shield 1.0.0 (source available): the BC Agentic Dev Framework
• Hosted services with their own terms and plans: the BC Object Registry

All tools, downloads and projects are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Several are designed to be used with AI software. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything they help produce, including code, documents and translations, before you rely on it or deploy it. Third-party software you use with them is governed by its provider's own terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Site to create a collection or database without our written permission
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security-related features of the Site or its hosting
• Frame or mirror the Site, or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Use the Site to transmit viruses or other harmful material, or in any way that violates applicable law

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services that we do not control, including GitHub, Microsoft and the product sites of individual tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE OF IT.

Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or of any tool linked from it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which also govern your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
